1. Services
Mr. Clean Bins provides professional trash can, recycling bin, dumpster, and related cleaning services throughout our Florida service areas.
Our services may include:

- Commercial dumpster cleaning
- Deodorizing
- Sanitizing
- Pressure washing
- Eco-friendly cleaning treatments
Service availability depends on your location and our current service routes.
2. Subscription Services
Most residential cleaning plans are subscription-based.
Available plans may include:
- Monthly
- Bi-Monthly
- Quarterly
- Semi-Annual
One-time cleanings are available without a subscription.
Subscriptions automatically continue until cancelled.
3. Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Mr. Clean Bins to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen service plan.
Important:
- Billing dates and cleaning dates may not always occur on the same day.
- Payments are processed automatically.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
- Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again.
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change.
If subscription pricing changes, existing customers will be notified before the new pricing becomes effective.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
5. Service Scheduling
Cleaning dates are determined by our route schedules.
Service generally occurs on or shortly after your scheduled waste collection day, depending on your municipality and route logistics.
While we make every effort to maintain consistent schedules, cleaning dates may be adjusted due to:
- Weather
- Holidays
- Equipment issues
- Municipal collection delays
- Route optimization
- Circumstances beyond our control
Schedule changes do not constitute a breach of service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To receive service, customers agree to:
- Leave bins accessible from the street or curb.
- Ensure bins are empty after waste collection.
- Remove vehicles or obstacles blocking access.
- Keep aggressive pets secured.
- Provide accurate contact information.
If our technician cannot safely access your bins, the cleaning may be skipped.
7. Bins We Cannot Clean
For the safety of our employees and equipment, bins must not contain:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals
- Paint
- Oils
- Concrete
- Construction materials
- Medical waste
- Loose animal or human waste
- Explosive or flammable materials
We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist.
8. Missed Cleanings
If your bins were unavailable or inaccessible when our technician arrived, the scheduled cleaning may be forfeited.
Examples include:
- Bins not left curbside
- Trash collection had not yet occurred
- Blocked access
- Locked gates
- Unsafe conditions
Whenever practical, we may attempt to reschedule, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
9. Service Quality
Our goal is to provide professional cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing services.
However:
- Permanent stains may remain.
- Existing cracks or damage cannot be repaired.
- Older bins may not return to a like-new appearance.
Cleaning results depend on the condition of the container.
10. Property Damage
Customers should notify us within 48 hours if they believe damage occurred during service.
Mr. Clean Bins is not responsible for:
- Existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Brittle or aging plastic bins
- Damage caused by municipal waste collection companies
Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence.
11. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not refund services already performed or payments already processed
12. Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Generally:
- Completed services are non-refundable.
- One-time services become non-refundable once performed.
- Subscription charges already processed are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
13. Communications
By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that we may contact you regarding:
