Our service area is vast and we’re constantly expanding. Right now, we service two major markets, Jacksonville Metro and the Tampa Bay Area. Please view our service area maps on the home page for your specific location.

Bacteria such as tuberculosis, salmonella, E coli., Listeria, Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus, constantly multiply in trash bins creating a health hazard. Our service cleans and sanitizes trash bins to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria in trash cans.

Honestly? We’ll do a MUCH better job than you could ever do yourself. We clean bins with extremely hot water (up to 200 degrees) under very high pressure. We use far less water and we collect and dispose of the wastewater properly and safely.

We offer a variety of bin cleaning options but we recommend that bins be cleaned monthly.

From the moment you open the bin, you will know. You can’t miss that steam cleaned citrus scent! Note should late trash pickup occur and we have to rebag your waste in order to clean the bin(s), then you will receive a text notification that your bins were cleaned and left curbside for pickup.

Once signed up, we’ll send you a welcome email and text confirming your first day of service. You’ll also receive text reminders 3 days prior, the day prior and the morning of each scheduled cleaning going forward. Depending on your area and how predictable and well aligned your trash & recycling pickup schedules are, we may clean your bins on the same day as collections or the next day to be sure the bins are empty when we come by.

First, we generally text or email our clients the day before the service to remind them. But, if you do miss a day, we’ll take care of it on the next cleaning day.

No. We do use an environmentally friendly, biodegradable deodorizer that contains natural essential oils to effectively neutralize odors. On occasion (and often for first time bin cleaning), we may also use a biodegradable degreaser.

No. In fact, this process uses substantially less water than if you were to clean your own bin using your garden hose. Also, the truck collects all water used to wash the inside of the bins in a special holding tank to be properly and safely disposed of per EPA requirements.

In regards to credit card information, we utilize Stripe, which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
